Rule 17.03 of the Missouri Rules of Civil Procedure authorizes a Court to order mediation on agreement of the parties or on motion of any party or the Court.
Filing of Motions and scheduling hearings on motions is governed by Rule 55 of the Missouri Rules of Civil Procedure.
