Associate Circuit Judge David P. Chamberlain was appointed by Governor Matt Blunt to the Seventh Judicial Circuit in Clay County, Missouri on April 30, 2008. Judge Chamberlain was born in Nebraska and graduated from Center High School in Kansas City, Missouri. He completed his undergraduate degree at Southwest Missouri State University (now Missouri State University). He received his juris doctorate from the University of Missouri School of Law in Kansas City in 1989. He practiced law with the firm of Patton & Chamberlain, P.C. until he became a judge.
