Records Retention Department

The Records Retention Department follows Missouri court Operating Rule 8 which governs the retention, transfer and destruction of court records in Missouri. It establishes a uniform system for managing records. The Records Retention department maintains the physical case files of the Court until they have been digitized, microfilmed and meet their retention schedules at which time they become ready for destruction.
