Biography

A lifelong resident of Clay County, Missouri, Timothy J. Flook has served as Circuit Judge in Clay County since 2022, following seven years as Associate Circuit Judge from 2015 to 2022. Prior to his judicial appointments, he practiced law in Clay County and Kansas City for 23 years. He is a graduate of William Jewell College (B.A., 1989), where he was an Oxford Honors Scholar, and the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law (J.D., 1992). From 2004 to 2010, he served three terms in the Missouri House of Representatives, where he held leadership roles including Chairman of the House Economic Development Committee and Vice Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. He is married and the proud father of two daughters.

Friday
  • MORNING at 9:00 AM - Criminal docket, ie, pleas, continuances, bond hearings, trial settings etc
